Research On Properties Of Bamboo Fiber And Production Development

Along with the people's increasingly awareness on environmental protection and health consciousness, the bamboo fiber made from bamboo material has been taken general attention.This dissertation studies and analyzes the properties of bamboo fiber from the following factors: raw material, constitute and composition, microconstruction etc. In light of bamboo fiber's micropore structure, Computer programming of bamboo fiber porosity has been completed, which has grate utility value. Connect with production practice, the dissertation also probes spinning and weaving technical process of bamboo yarns and fabrics. Furthermore, though a series of experiments, the paper analyzes some properties of bamboo yarns and fabrics and compares with other fibers. Bamboo fiber has fine physical property, excellent absorbency and discharge capacity, micro-organism resistance, anti-ultraviolet radiation and environmental conservation performance, etc. Fabrics which contain bamboo fiber have fine air perviousness, strength, crease resistance and comfort property, etc. On these basics, combining with traditional 10101 georgette weave, this dissertation develops and designs the new production . Though the interlace of bamboo threads and silk yarns, the silk/bamboo georgette cloth with unique style has been developed.
