| Bamboo viscose fiber is an new kind of fiber. Compared with the ordinary viscose fiber, the moisture absorption, breathable, put wet of bamboo viscose fiber are all very good. Bamboo viscose fiber have high initial modulus, good mechanical properties, and natural antibacterial and ultraviolet resistant. The structure and performance of bamboo viscose fiber were studied in this subject. We also explored the design and development of bamboo viscose fiber yarn and its fabric. According to the characteristics and requests of home textiles, we made specific technological process and production line, explored the bamboo viscose fiber production of home textile product technical parameters, solved the problem in the actual production process, and tested the product main performance: strength, pilling resistance, wrinkle resistance, etc. The main research contents and research conclusions are as follows:1. Fine bamboo viscose fiber was selected as raw material when spinning. Spinning process, optimizing spinning equipment, the process adopts the slow process, reasonable selection of roving twist factor, quantitative, and suitable wire coil weight and replacement cycle, to improve yarn quality.2. Bamboo viscose yarn breaking strength was low. Elongation at break, strength and elongation of the variation coefficient were small. The yarn performance was stable.3. In the weaving process, winding process control parameters, such as a long details, by changing the process routes of the sizing and improve the sizing quality, so as to improve the efficiency of the loom, product quality was improved obviously. In home textile production by tailoring for weft, sewing manual control with stretch, ironing with coordination and iron and so on, but ultimately achieve the purpose of increase sewing efficiency and product quality was stable.4. The test results of bamboo viscose fiber home textile fabric show that the fabric crease resistance and abrasion resistance are better than cotton fabric. |
