Research On Comprehensive Assessment Of Wastewater Treatment Technology For Small Towns In Western China

Based on the analysis of present development situation and critical shortage of wastewater treatment facilities for small town in Western China, the arcticle expatiates the importance of comprehensive assessment on wastewater treatment technology.Througe the comparative analysis of wastewater treatment condition for small towns in Western and Eastern China and combinaion with the characteristics of wastewater treatment for small towns in Western China, the article filtrates out four alternative scheme, namely A~2O,OD,CASS,BAF.From the three aspects of economics, technology, environment, the article gaves a profound and detailed analysis of the factors which influence on the selection of wastewater treatment technology for small town in Western China, and establishes a relatively perfect index systems, at the same time, forms the sequence of index data by the qualitative or quantitative analysis.Based on analyzing the disadvantage of weight assignment method, the article brings forward the measure that determines weight by linking with delphi and entropy power means.Through the analysis and comparison of common comprehensive assessment theory, the article points out the fuzzy integral technique is more applicative to evaluate the wastewater treatment technology for small town in Western China, and establishes wastewater treatment technology comprehensive assessment model based fuzzy integral for small town in Western China.According to sequence of index data, the article applies fuzzy integal assessment model toprocess data, works out comprehensive assessment value of technical proposals, and sizes appraisement value as OD>A~2O>CASS>BAF.Fuzzy integal assessment model for small towns in Western China is useful for reference of the selection of wastewater treatment technology and is important to construct wastewater treatment plants of small towns in Western China.
