Experimental Studies On Remote Monitor And Diagnose Of Braking System In The Mine Hoist

The security and reliability of mine hoist have closed relation with its braking system. If it's failed to brake and clear the faults existing in the working process, equipments will be damaged, even make death. Therefore, it's important to make real time monitor, diagnose and maintenance of the braking system in hoist.On the 2JTP-1.2 hoist experimental bench, and take the problems existing in monitor and diagnose process with hoist braking system into account, a remote monitor and diagnose system for the hoist braking system is developed which make use of software such as Kingview, VB, Access, Frontpage2003 etc. Some functions are practiced such as real time monitoring and diagnose, simulation of working situation of the braking system, and some related experiments and researches are carried out in the process. The result shows that the software can do well in online-monitoring, dynamic picture and trend curve drawing, report forms printing, fault diagnosis and alarm etc.
