Centrifugal casting of silicon rubber model is a kind of new method different from traditional casting technology notably . Centrifugal casting of silicon rubber mould is made by vulcanizing equipment with the material of Silicon rubber, then, with Centrifugal casting equipment pouring to obtain the necessary casting. This technique fully uses the highly flexible quality before vulcanizing and the highly intentional quality after vulcanizing to realize the exact reproduction and the exact casting to the original mould . And it also can realize the batch production function for one mould with many models and one model with many moulds. During the process of making silicon rubber casting mould, it is key to make pouring system and improve the quality of casting that to realize the law of the course under centrifugal force.In This paper, the whole technics course of the Centrifugal casting system to of the silicon rubber casting mould is analysed, through set up the mathematics model of the law of melting body flowing under Centrifugal force , adopt Mathcad software to analyse the law of the change of area of cross section of the melting body in the course of filling with of melting body, to fill with speed , melting body cross section inclination change , melting body cross section area change under centrifugal force .In understanding melting body flows on the foundation of the law , have analysed the course of the filling in centrifugal force and the mechanism that the course and casting defect form of melting body. On the basis of filled with the law , the method to adopt the mathematics model and finite element analyse the melting body under centrifugal force field, have put forward the systematic design process of pour of the silicon rubber casting mould. In order to reduce the labour intensity of the vulcanizing casting mould , have adopted CATIA to improve the design and emulation to the vulcanizing equipment of the casting mould, carry on finite element analyse come dependability designed to guarantee to key part of vulcanizing equipment.In conclusion ,this paper finishes the technical analyse of making centrifugal casting of silicon rubber model , the improving design of vulcanizing equipment and dependability verification of the key part , put forward the direction in which this subject remains to study furtherfinally.
