Silicon rubber mould precision rotary casting machine is a kind of casting equipment in manufacturing close-tolerance casting, which has been widely applied to the manufactures of instrument, automobile, electrical appliances, computer, communication, toy, jewelry, decoration, and fangless of daily expenses, etc., and have met the needs of such trade as manufacturing industry, industry design, craft modeling world widely. With the rapid development of the domestic economy, it is obvious that the demands for precision castings will be improved day by day. There are no commercialized products of precision shaping technology that based on silicon rubber molding in our country at present. This kind of products mostly depends on importing technology and equipment. After entering WTO, in the face of the challenges of a lot of advanced technology from developed countries in the world, it is urgent to develop mature technology and products according to China's market demands.This thesis will try to focus on systematic design and research of silicon rubber mould precision rotary casting machine. The concrete research contents are as follows:Chapter oneexplains the significant importance of developing silicon rubber mould precision rotary casting machine, discusses the principle of centrifugal casting as well as the main research contents of the thesis.Chapter twoproposes the design requirements for silicon rubber mould precision rotary casting machine on the basis of analysis of demanding, and put forward overall design plan for it with reference to advanced relevant equipments and technology from abroad.Chapter threecombines advanced mechanical design theory with some relevant knowledge to study the mechanical system of the machine, and have accomplished designing of transmission system, framework structure and transport system.Chapter fourcovers the design of control system and carries out the selection of electrical parts of the equipment in accordance with the practical request and security.Chapter fivemeasures the space to the model of electronic prototype of the equipment and carries on cartoon emulation to its main movement by using the advanced fictitious prototype of a machine.Chapter sixanalyzes the framework of the equipment by using finite element analyzing software to ensure its intensity.Chapter sevenprovides the summary of the whole paper.
