With the rapid development of national economic construction, as well as the requirement for the pipelines with large diameter are increasing. So, the production efficiency for the pipeline should be increased when the production quality of pipe is ensured.This paper mainly aims at difficulty demoulding of the existing MC nylon pipe centrifugal casting, low efficiency problem, design a set of centrifugal casting pipe automatic demoulding device. The automatic demoulding device is composed of two main parts of the manipulator and the demoulding demoulding trolley. Using modern mechanical design theory to carry out the principle of automatic stripping mechanism and mechanical design, calculate and analysis to the kinematics and work force of institutions run, and use ANSYS and Pro/E software to the pipes of the force and motion simulation analysis of demoulding mechanism. The main design and research results are as follows:Firstly, According to the technology principle of centrifugal casting pipe and technological process, adopts the concept of green design, design the demoulding device of centrifugal cast pipe, in order to meeting the automatic demoulding in the process of centrifugal casting, demoulding device’s design can save materials and spare parts can be repeated use.Secondly, Demoulding manipulator is designed. Through controlling the angle between hydraulic cylinder and stripping plate, stripping manipulator can demould a certain range of different diameter of pipe, the angle between the drawing board and release hydraulic cylinder range is set between30°-60°.Thirdly, Use ANSYS to analysis of the strain and stress of parts in pipeline and contact with the manipulator, the results showed that the robotic stripping force is applied on the pipeline does not cause deformation of the pipe, under the force of the manipulator, MC nylon pipe does not produce rupture, and also verify the feasibility of the manipulator design. Similarly, the ductile cast iron pipe stripping force has also carried on the stress analysis, show that the demoulding manipulator force will not cause harm to the ductile cast iron pipe.Fourthly, The overall design to the car of demoulding mechanism, in order to match the demoulding manipulator work, and to realize the successful release of the centrifugal cast pipe; Selection main components of the demolding trolley, so that it can save material to achieve green design effect under the conditions of a live channel and releasing the weight of the mechanical hand during demolding.Fifthly, Using Pro/E to carry the movement simulation of centrifugal casting pipe demoulding device, results show the design of demoulding device can finish the centrifugal casting demoulding.Sixthly, Automatic control system of centrifugal casting pipe demoulding device is designed, making all kinds of hydraulic parts in demoulding device can orderly work in unity under the hydraulic station, through the electrical motor control can also have a rule work in a certain time function, through the manipulator and demoulding trolley of the demoulding device can perform reciprocating motion regularity, so that the whole demoulding device can achieve the effect of automation.
