In the mechanical equipment, rotating is a kind of very general movement form. The dependability of the machine depends on it mostly. The cylinder, as the rotation part of the printing machine, the dependability of it will direct influence on the printed matter. There are a lot of reasons to cause cylinder's unbalance. The influence which caused by operating are easier to avoid. And to the vibration that is produced by the structure of the cylinder, we must reduce it through the dynamic equilibrium, thus reach and increase the stability of the cylinder, purpose to improve quality of the printed matter.At present, It is more limited to static balance to the printing machine manufacturing of our country. There is still little study on dynamic balance relatively. But with the development of the printing technology, more and more high rotational speed of the printing machine is expectations, and print-cylinders as the key part of the printing machine, have direct influence on the printed matter, so it is important to study the dynamic balance of the cylinder.In the paper, I base on the dynamic balance theory, and carry on the studying of dynamic equilibrium to the impression cylinder of the offset press through the software simulation way. As to structure characteristic of the cylinder, its geometry structure and quality are asymmetry, which makes it produced surplus centrifugal--force. Main research here is the disequilibrium of the cylinder caused by this.The research of dynamic balance analyses to the print cylinder in this paper contains four stages. Firstly, set up the three-dimensional model of the cylinder by SolidWorks. Secondly, import the cylinder model into Ansys. And do modal analysis and centrifugal force analysis in Ansys, to get relevant data and information. Then try to put mass on the cylinder. Do that many times, until reach relevant precision on it. Thus we can gain the range of the balanced mass. In actual production, when to balance the dynamic equilibrium on the cylinder, the research results of the subject can offer certain data basis abstractly for daily-work.
