In order to evaluate materials corrosive wear resistance under various conditionsat elevated temperature, a special-designed high temperature corrosive wearing testapparatus was invented. In general saying, this test machine can satisfy followingpurposes:1) conform the corrosion test at static or dynamic state at a temperature fromambient to 1000℃;2) finish the wearing test under various simulated conditions at a temperaturefrom ambient to 1000℃;3) the corrosive wearing test can be conducted in various mediums includingmolten metals, liquid chemical mediums, vapors and powder materials.4) study the interactions between corrosion and wearing during a period ofmaterial's corrosive wearing.The test equipment consists of fire part: main axis, moving system. Modelloading system, heating and cooling system and contrail system.The research work make up the blank of this field in our country, it is significantto develop and discovery of more appropriated erosion proof materials.
