The conventional pumping-unit is still the main oil recovery equipment in the oil field at present because of simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance , long use life. But it runs unevenly and consumes much, which can' t satisfy the request of energy-saving. So, in this paper, on opinion of the fact, we must design a new type pumping-unit. We have designed double wheel and direct balance pumping-unit, which feature is double wheel replace the beam of conventional pumping-unit and balance weight direct join the double wheel. Equipment is fixed on the shaft of motor to add up the moment of inertia, which can adjust the velocity wave, therefore the motor working condition improved. The aim of energy-saving is realized.In this paper, first, we have designed drive scheme, a mathematical model is established and the aim function and restrain factor are listed. Optimal process is compiled by means of compound method to work out the result, kinematical performance and dynamical performance are analyzed, and the curve of performance is plotted. We have analyzed working principle of the energy-saving equipment and have designed structure of the energy-saving equipment. At last the conclusion is gained by comparing the relative parameters and curve of performance.This new method is designed in view of practical condition at spot. Excellence energy-saving effect and economic benefit will be obtained.
