Study On Preparation Of Chinese Herb Air Cleanser And Its Application In Cleaning Indoor Air

Air cleanser isn't efficient in China now, and most of it is chemic reagent ,which is easy to cause pollution. Aim to now trait of indoor air pollution, we choose traditional Chinese herb as the material of air cleanser to eliminate formaldehyde pollution. Natural Chinese herb is from nature, and is to absorbed by human being and animal and also is portion of human's surround ecosystem circular. So generally speaking, natural Chinese herb doesn't result poisonous leave and social effects of pollution.This thesis is base on the theory of chemic formaldehyde eliminator, we find sub-amidocyanogen, hydroxyl-benzene and a-H from these five herbal medicine, and confirm best match rate in orthogonal experiment, distill available component alkaloid through the method of ethanol condensation backflow;base on better anti-bacterium and sterilization function of Chinese herb, we choose four of these to distill naphtha through vapour distillation as available components of air cleanser. According to 1:1 mix alkaloid and naphtha, and add mint essence, aiding material, to make Chinese herb air cleanser.The experiment, which get rid of the indoor formaldehyde, shows formaldehyde deepness reduced remarkably after spraying Chinese herb air cleanser, tiptop eliminate rate is 93.8%,and lasting is good. The formaldehyde eliminate rate grows with increasing of the pH of Chinese herb air cleanser, the eliminate rate adding range becomes slow after pH=7.6, The formaldehyde eliminate rate grows with air cleanser dosage, this adding range becomes small after air cleanser dosage is 3ml/m~3, The formaldehyde eliminate is inverse proportion with air cleaner lay time, the bset time is 3 months.The experiment, which anti-bacterium in suspended liquid , shows, when air cleanser deepness is more than3%,antisepsis reach request, KRs is more than 78%. The experiment, which kill natural bacterium indoor air, shows, Chinese herb air cleanser has quicker effect on natural bacterium ,and can get best impact after 30 minutes, then late bacterium number assumes to grow, antisepsis abate after 55minutes, so we can see this air cleanser permanence is not good. The contrast experiment with peroxid acetic acid that sell on market, shows both antisepsis effect hasn't notable difference, but Chinese herb air cleanser is better used to air antisepsis in different places ,such as market place, showplace waiting room, which person crowded. Especially in the ward where dangous patients are more and patients are not easy to leave.
