Theory And Practice For Regional Environment Impact Assessment

According to the view of sustainable development, regional environment impact assessment (REIA) is to consider the environment impact of kinds of socio-economic activities generally ,based on it, people constitute the best layout or project that will mainten the environment well cycling and the economy sustainable developing, and provide decision-making basis for regional developing layout and management.With the coming phase in that kinds of empoldering activities unite and the actualizing of sustainable development, it is necessary and exigent to develop REIA, whereas, system info of REIA in china needs to perfect fartherly, and there are little regional developing with REIA. So, it is exigent and necessary to develop theory research and practice ofREIA.Based on the analysis of research history and actuality of REIA, this paper summarizes and study the theories and methods for REIA, then chooses zoology-industry garden in minle country of Zhangye city, and gains some useful conclusions. One side, this paper demonstrate the theory of REIA (including evaluating scope, characteristics, content and methods) ,the other side, it provides reference for item environment assessment in northwest, and do some useful research for practice work of REIA.
