Fixing well is the absolutely necessarily part of oil field task, andcementing truck is a important equipment for the task. The domestic factorieswhich produce the cementing truck is few, small dimensions, and the cost for thenew product's research is little, so the manufacture level of cementing truck isalways on simulative state. This result in the domestic cementing truck'smanufacture level is low, dependability is not high, can not satisfy the needs of theoil field task, and lead to the states imported equipments from fremdness . Becausethe most of the equipments imported from other countries is fall into disuse,malfunction rate high, oil consuming big, service period long, commercial benefitlow, can not satisfy the needs of the oil field task, the cost of the reimport is high,and providing period is long, therefore, developing new cementing truck toimprove the level of oil field task is critical work. Now, developing oil field specialvehicles has already been listed in the country pivot construct programs. The paper combined the "Double mechanic double pump cementing truck'sresearch" program of oil field managing bureau. The structural statics, dynamics,finite element analysis technology, optimization design, computer aided design, andso on modern design theories, methods, and advanced engineering design softwareANSYS, MATLAB will be introduced into cementing truck's research, it willeconomize manpower, material resources, financial resources, and shorten theresearch period of products. Cementing truck is one kind of an important oil field specialvehicle.Generally it is changed above second kind or third kind chassis, the mainwork of design is body and the laden equipments, meanwhile the betterment andreasonable matching of the chassis's structure and capability can made the vehiclesatisfy the using needs and achieve perfect capability. The paper using vehiclemodern design theory and method, computer and software technique to optimizeand simulate the structure and layout of cementing truck, the perpose of it isdevelop eximious cementing truck. The research and development of this programholds good market foreground, accord with country's great equipment developdirection and business policy, all of these have important real meaning for thedevelopment our oil sources field and national economy.There are many works to do for the research and exploitation of thecementing truck. The paper contraposes the distortion problem of subsidiary framewhich is used to join the laden equipments and the chassis together, redesigns thesubsidiary frame of engine and reciprocating pump, using ANSYS analysissoftware to make models, finite element analysis, and mode analysis, then using themaximum stress and the maximum displacement to checkout whether the strengthand the stiffness satisfy the needs of the design. Also we get the libratingfrequencies of each rank to checkout if the librating condition satisfy the needs ofthe design, meanwhile provide the parameters for the layout optimization. Wepredigest the laden equipments based on the too high of the vehicle center and thetrouble of the vehicle stability, and combine the theory of the vehicle design andthe genetic algorithm to optimize the layout of the laden equipments which havebeen predigested, expecting to debase the height of the vehicle center and enhancethe vehicle stability. At last, we exploder the special software of layoutoptimization of the laden equipments of the cement truck for fixing well using theMATLAB software belonging to Math Works company in America, it will be aconvenient assistant tool for the layout optimization designer, it lightens theirsworkload, economizes the products exploder time, reduces the cost, there arestrongly actual significance for the development of the cementing truck.Depending on the material needs, internal and external research states andconditions, this paper main do the following work:1) Contraposing the distortion problem of subsidiary frame, we betterdesign the subsidiary frame;2) Using ANSYS software to do finite element analysis(include straindistributing, displacement status) and model analysis, then checkout whether thestrength and stiffness of subsidiary frame satisfy the needs;3) On the condition of ensuring the subsidiary frame's carrying capability,we optimized the subsidiary frame, try to lighten its weight, reduce its centre.Meanwhile providing the parameters for the layout optimization;4) Predigesting the working equipment of cementing truck, and usinggenetic algorithm to optimize theirs layout, then using computer to simulate;5) We explodered the special software of layout optimization of the ladenequipments of the cementing truck.
