Assembled camshaft is a new camshaft production crafts,which mandrel andcam are shaped independently and then the cam is installed to the mandrel.Compare to the traditional camshaft production method,it is a new camshaftproduction craft promotion, which combines design,material electing andperformance in the crafts of camshaft production and accord with the trend ofautomobile industry. Camshaft assembly machine is a special equipment forcamshaft,which depend on the crafts of camshaft production,The camshaftassembly machine assembles spindle,cam and mandrel shaped separately accordingto a special sequence, and realizes the new breakthrough of camshaft production,itis important landmile for the realization of camshaft production of high efficiencyand automatization,the machine has widely developing potential. The authorstudies the Siemens numerical control system, achieves the application of Siemensnumerical control system in the camshaft assembly machine, and completes thework of follows mostly:1. By means of the analyzing of machine motion, The author achieves thechoosing of numerical control system type and the choosing of inner components,and completes the structure design of system.2. The article analyzes for Siemens PLC function and programme manner,design the PLC soft and hardware of PLC system and the design of PLCinput/output interface, realizes the signal transmission between machine controlpanel and PLC, completes the design of NC system hardware protection, by meansof the analyzing of NC system assistant function programming, completes the PLCprogramming.3. The article analyzes the control principle of NC servo system,through theanalyzing of servo motor control principle, constitutes the math model of servomotor and servo system, further completes the analyzing of servo system dynamicperformance and static performance, discuss the pivotal control parameter of NCsystem, the theory foundation is built up for system debugging.4. The article follows the NC system debugging, through the design of NCsystem machine parameter, completes the defining of machine axis, designs axisdebugging scheme, analyzes for NC return reference point principle, complete thedesign of machine return reference point and software position restrict protection,also completes the compensation to NC error.5. The article analyzes machine action demand, Aim at 488 type camshaft,utilizes R parameter in NC System, completes NC system software design, makessystem programming simplify.
