It was affirmed that the pesticides had a greatly good function on protection crops,prevention and cure weed, increasing agricultural outputs. However, the pesticides pollutionhad increasingly harmed to environment and foods and it was the important factor onpollution environment and foods pollution which were distinctly knew by us. This paper isabout the pesticides residues in vegetables of market and harmless vegetable base inChangchun city The equipment we used is rapid detection and capillary gas chromatography.it is discussed that the status quo of some dangerous pesticides residue in 16 types ofmarket-sale vegetable by rapid detection from 2001 to 2004 year and 8 kinds of market-salevegetable by capillary gas chromatography from 2002 to 2004, moreover, The status quo ofsome dangerous pesticides residue in vegetable in the harmless vegetable base in 2004.The some points through results of pesticides residue investigation and testing inChangchun were concluded: (1) Summed up from 2001 to 2004, totally tested 16 types of vegetables by rapiddetection of RP-410 type , The overall exceed quotas of pesticide in market vegetables hadobviously descended from 11.2%to 4.71% , this is descend current as a whole.In the fouryears detections, pollution of leaf vegetables was serious, which exceed quotas respectivelyreached to 12.70%,13.73%,10.48% and 9.04% from 2001 to 2004The rates of vegetable category going beyond standard limit respectively reached to56.25%, 31.25%, 75% and 43.75% in the four years .It was an undulate state.(2) Some dangerous pesticides residues in 8 types of vegetables was inspected byCapillary Gas Chroma-tagraphy from 2002 to 2004. The total exceed rates of pesticide hadobviously decreased from 93.34% to 34.61%, there were 8 kinds of vegetables exceedstandard limit in 2002 and there were 3 kinds of vegetable in 2004. It is show that thevegetable quality had become improving gradually through the datum. Category of the pesticide the farmer used has changed,there were 3 types ofOrganophsphorus residues in vegetables in 2002. And there were 4 kinds of Organophsphorusand 2 kinds of Pyrethroidspesticides residues in vegetables in 2003.And there are 4 kinds ofOrganophsphorus and 3 kinds of Pyrethroidspesticides residues in the 8 types of vegetables in2004 years. Pyrethroidspesticide became more popular and the kinds of psticide residuesincreased in vegetable according to these results. The high poison pesticides forbidden on vegetables in the market-sale vegetable such asmethamidophos, omethoate,, Parathion, phorate were detected in different degree in themarket-sale vegetable from 2002 to 2004.(3) The vegetable quality in harmless vegetable base was better than market-salevegetable in 2004. The detective results show that the exceed rate was 0.9% by rapiddetection in 16 vegetables, and the exceed rate was 1.96% by Capillary Gas Chroma-tagraphyin 15 vegetables. The main residues pesticides include Cypermethrin, Deltamethrin,Fenvalerate and omethoate. the mean of pesticides residues in vegetables respectively were0.00003 mg·kg-1,0.00015 mg·kg-1,0.0081 mg·kg-1, 0.00066 mg·kg-1。The types and theconcentration of pesticides residues in harmless vegetable base less than that of market-salevegetable.(4) According to the status quo pesticides residue in Changchun, putting forward thecountermeasures and establishing the pesticides control system in vegetable production. Atthe same time, it is should actively develop harmless vegetable product.
