Study On The Assessment About The Amenity Of The Inhabited Environment Of The Construction Projects About Real Estate

Through thorough investigation on the environmental problems of the construction projects about real estate, this paper analyzed the existent problems in environmental impact assessment about this type of construction projects, brought forward that the concept of"human-oriented"should be built up in environmental impact assessment and the assessment about the amenity of the inhabited environment should be strengthened. In this paper, a technical method system of assessment about the amenity of the inhabited environment of the construction projects about real estate is tentatively established on the basis of research about the amenity of the inhabited environment, and the measures to improve the amenity of the inhabited environment of construction projects about real estate are put forward with the purpose of guiding the developers to make the inhabited environment better through forecast and assessment of the amenity of the inhabited environment of a certain construction project about real estate.
