The text selects Hong River which is the country-level nature reserve as therepresentative of China Northeast Sanjiang Plain wetland to found wetland functionevaluation indices------standardization biomass. Via collection of date, open country fieldsurvey and test, author studied the demarcated biomass of the Hong River naturereserve's function indices, according to the outcome of the assay and evaluation, andputted forward the demarcated biomass of this region. Starting with the resource functionof Hong River nature reserve, the author adopted the results of study about the biomassand the season change of Sanjiang Plain's representative wetland ecosystem, namely thebiomass season dynamic simulation model's regression equation of Carex lasiocapa andCalamagrostis angustifolia, and statistics the 5age biomass of two communities, Viasurveying scene quadrat and demarcation, thereby educed the ecosystem's demarcatedbiomass of this zone representative wetland, that can be used to evaluate the wetlandfunction and the impact assessment of wetland ecological environment. Owing to thediversity of wetland, there are some differences in the emphases and relevant quotasystems in many countries and regions. Yet generality in finding function index,sometimes adopt region representative wetland as system reference, strike up standard offunction evaluation, according to the function index that compares with parameter systemto work out. Wetland function evaluation quantizes the region wetland ecology functionthrough a suite function indices, then bringing out the indices that describe the wetlandfunction actuality and the variational function. Via the change of function indices causedby extrinsic influence affect, and according this to reflect the marshy status of this region,thereby offering warning and indication for wetland. Hong River nature reserve locates in northeast of Northeast China Sanjiang Plain,north latitude 47°42′18″~47°52′07″, east longitude 133°34′38″~133°46′29″, total area21835.73hm2. Hong River nature reserve reserves the biggist wetland zone----SanjiangPlain original cienaga, it is an miniature of the original wetland landscape in SanjiangPlain, also it is one of the most significant savageness gene pool. There are non-destroyedand kept perfectly original wetland ecosystem, the wetland is conserved perfectly and thetypes are most omni, and the creature diversity is very abundance, be proposed as AClass(international significance is first order) protected zone. Wherefore taking SanjingPlain as demonstration wetland to search and protect the wetlands of Sanjiang Plain havevery important representative and demonstration significance to the construction andfunction evaluation ecological environment influence assessment of the wetland in thisregion.
