| Wetland Not only has abundant resources, but also has strong environment function andecosystem performance. The mankind's large-scale development makes use of Wetlandresources. The people obtain production data and living data, at the same time people damagewetland seriously. For example, lake acreage dwindling, water pollution aggravating,Eco-environment degenerating etc. As the second lake in Shandong, and the lastflood-regulation lake, the wetland health of the Dong-ping Lake area is very concerned aboutthe district economy development and the district ecosystem balance, the Dong-ping Lakearea wetland has stratagem function. But Since 80's in 20 centuries, Water pollution and water eutrophication of Dong-pinglake have turned worse. The author takes part in the project sponsored by natural science fund ofShandong Province (Y2004E05), the study of wetland health of Dong-ping lake area, which makes thefirst research on the regulation lake wetland about east line of South to North transfer. Based on theanalysis of Dong-ping lake actuality and ecosystem performance. By fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation, the study calculated health level of the Dong-ping lake area wetland, and designedhealth project.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The paper summarized particularly the Study present Domestic and internationalcondition. Because the point of departure is different, the different scholar has differentconception about Ecosystem health;there are 7 kinds' different conceptions. The maincalculating methods are composed of indicator taxes and indices. In consideration of thepeople of the pasts research result,wetland actuality of Dong-ping lake area and the Specialgeography position of Dong-ping lake area, the author gave a definition about Ecosystemhealth of lake wetland, and analyzed various merit and shortcoming of study methods.(2)The paper analyzed the function of regulating water, the function of decontaminatingwater and the function of supplying goods. Firstly, considering low modulus about thefunction of regulating water in river, the pound and the paddy field(river: 10%,pount:60%,paddy field:50%), the author calculated the most a great deal of regulating surface waterwhich is 10.6 hundred million. Secondly, on analyzing the function of decontaminating water,the paper calculated Environment capacity of few contaminations. In Dong-ping Lake areaand Da-wen River, the Exhaust quantities exceed seriously Environment capacity. The task ofcontamination disposal about the east-line engineering of the south to north is important,especially Da-wen River and amylum machining. Finally, by open country investigation, thepaper calculated biomass of main hydrophytes which are diminishing according to what in1979 year. From 1987 to 2002 the losing value of fish resource makes out that the function ofmaterial produces Descend continuously.(3)According to interrelated fundamental, the paper selected 25 indexes from theecological character, unitary function and the society-economy environment of the wetland,and then established indicator system for ecosystem health evaluation of wetland inDong-ping Lake Area. The indicator system includes monomial index, subtype index andcomposite index, and each index measures off 5 grades according to corresponding standard,the grades are excellent very health, health, common, common illness and illness. The paperestablished subject degree of each for each index. Finally the paper calculated the heath levelof wetland in Dong-ping Lake Area, by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In view of theevaluation results some illness factors of the wetland were discussed in the end.(4)From the point of the illness factors of the wetland, the calculated result and localpolicy, the paper designed some projects for the wetland to reach its health, that are activelyprotecting wetland, oxidation pool of purifying water quality in low-lying lake of Dao-dun,developing ecological-Gallery mode wetland in Dong-ping Lake Area, establishing wetlandpark and actualizing education of wetland protection.
