The survival and the development is the eternal subject of the human society, the environment is the cornerstone of people's existence and development. Worldwide Along with unceasing worsening of the global ecological environment, the humanity's survival and the development have received the serious threat. It has become an urgent and arduous duty with which the universe is faced how we can practically protect the environment of people's existence ,establish the human new civilization which is in concordance with the nature, realize the sustainable development of which the population, the economy, the society, the environment and the resources are reciprocally coordinated while developing economy. As the global environment crisis has been intensified unceasingly, the environmental protection has gradually become the worldwide topic that the people follow with interest generally. The vital role of environmental education is also approved by more and more people. The natural protection area is the base for implementing the environmental education. It is the basic way of solving the environmental problem to strengthen the environmental education and enhance the environmental awareness of the public. Constructing the more perfect environmental education system is a powerful measure for promoting the sustainable development of the natural reserve.The paper mainly aims at the research on the implementation of countermeasures of the environmental education in Xianghai natural reserve of Jilin Province, the full text consists of six parts : The first part concerns with the survey of Xianghai natural reserve; the second part mainly deals with the problems of the environmental conservation that facing the Xianghai natural reserve; The third part is about the problem of delay in the environmental education in Xianghai natural reserve; the fourth part has elaborated the significance for having an environmental education in Xianghai natural reserve; the fifth part is for the environmental education and its development; the sixth part is the main research content of the paper ,witch deals with the countermeasure research of implementing the environmental education in Xianghai natural reserve, from seven different aspects, It separately elaborates the objective community, the contents and the countermeasures for the environmental education of Xianghai natural reserve, founding the green school of Xianghai natural conservation, enhancing the different objective community's environmental awareness, unifying the environmental education with the eco-tourism, combining the scientific research with the ecological environment education as well as establishing the modern network platform to propaganda the implementation countermeasures of the environmental education.
