In this paper, based on fuzzy mathematics theory, applying the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the safety assessment of the tobacco process system's dust explosion prevention, getting its safety grade. Carrying out the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the most important thing is to establish the assessment factors system and to define the relative weights. According to general viewpoint of accident theory, dust exploding prevention safety assessment factors system is established and analyzed. To define the relative weights in a qualitative and quantitative way- Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is more scientific and reasonable for symbolizing the important extent of factors in recently safety. Then putting the above method into one of the tobacco process systems of Anhui Tobacco Group, its safety grade is acquired using the safety grade characteristic quantity.
