In this paper, based on fuzzy mathematics theory,applying the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the safety assessment of the industrial enterprise, and with myexperience of practical item, advancing a new train of thought------combining the electrical safetycheck list to evaluate the general level of industrial electrical safety by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, getting electrical safety grade. Individual important electrical danger factors are quantified assessed or analyzed. Carrying out the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the important is to establish the assessment factors system and to define the relative weights. According to general viewpoint of accident theory, electrical safety assessment factors system isestablished and analyzed. To define the relative weights in a qualitative and quantitative way------Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for symbolizing the important extant of factors to electrical safety recent situation scientifically and reasonably. Then putting the above method into the 102 transiting oil station, its electrical safety grade is acquired using the safety grade characteristic quantity. Finally, extending the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the loss value of electrical accidents. The applying example indicates: the researched method is feasible and effective, it can be used widely in the industrial electrical safety assessment.
