Abstract/Summary:
In the coal and gas outburst mines, the crosscutting is the most dangerous, as it get the more advantage to outburst than the drift, uphill, downhill and the mining face. It not only has the biggest bursting intensity, large influence scale and high rate, but also has the most times, while the biggest outburst of the world happened during the crosscutting. As it damages so much that it causes long term and high cost, and it imperils the safety product greatly. Therefore, the cutting method always is the point of scientific research. After analyzing the data of home and abroad and the practice of ZhangJi mine, it analyses the outburst theory of crosscutting and it optimizes the drill plan by numerical simulation. And we can get the outburst law, and then prepare for the quick crosscutting, after efficient forecast.The coal and gas outburst is caused by the stress, gas pressure, coal structure and so on. After researching outburst theory and the indexes of forecast, such as K1, f, P, Xo, AP and so on, it gets a more efficient forecast method, which is combined with the reality of ZhangJi mine. The multi-parameter index forecast method guarantees the accuracy and reliability in a large scale.Based on the MATLAB numerical simulation, and the analysis of the parameters, we can make the drainage more efficient, the forecast more accurately and by lots of testing ground work, we make out the five-step cutting, which is a quick cutting method and do much good to the coal mine of high gas and low air permeability. Therefore, it gets much sense in theory study and practice application.
