The properties and the chemical structures of procyanidins, the pharmacology and the extracting methods of procyanidins from the grape seeds are mainly introduced in this thesis. The purpose was to develop an efficient process for isolation and purification of natural products, the extraction and refinement of procyanidins were studied from grape seeds. The primary results are enumerated as follows:1. On the basis of previous research results obtained by other members, the method of analyzing procyanidins by spectrophotometry was founded.2. The suitable parameters of three methods were attained as follows, ethonal circumfluence extraction: the concentration of ethonal is 70%, extraction temperature is 50℃, the ratio of material to solvent is l:7(g /mL), extraction time is 30min, extraction for 3 times; ultrasonic wave assisted extraction: the power of ultrasonic wave is 120W, the concentration of ethonal is 40%, the ratio of material to solution is 1:30(g/mL), the extraction temperature is 40℃, operating time of ultrasonic wave is 10min, extraction time is 1 time; microwave-assisted extraction: the firepower of microwave is...
