| Non-woven fabrics, with its unique characteristics, is now using in more and more industry and living fields, and the one-off cone-shaped mask is an important branch. The domestic manufacturing level of cone-shaped non-woven fabrics mask, mainly made in dispersal way, is low. And both the efficiency and the quality are not pleasing. Therefore, it has practicable value and bright prospect to obtain a high efficiency, energy-saving and roboticized means and machine which produce the mask. The successively producing machine of cone-shaped non-woven fabrics mask and the the workbench for ultrasonic auto-welding the mask and the belt that will be dissertated in this thesis are based on this need.This topic belongs to the item for science and technology of Qingdao. With the success of machine it will be expanded and applied gradually, and it will obtain great economic and social benefit necessarily.After doing some on-the-spot research, in the thesis I systematically study the domestic and overseas present status of non-woven fabrics' producing and utility, and then extract a precept and develop the mask-making machine based on the existing means. The precept changes the existing dispersal method into successive way and welding the cone-shaped mask with the belt using ultrasonic. The following issues are mainly studied and addressed in this thesis:1.
