A Study On The Risk Analysis Method & Risk Management Measure Of The Alien Pest Invading

The study on the risk analysis method and risk management measure of alien pest invading is more and more valued by the people.Now it gradually becomes a hot focus that is researched by each country in the world.Along with our country having entered WTO and the world economic quickly inosculating as a whole,our country will faces more and more pressure of the alien pest invading.According to the related international standards and protocols, joining together the invading state of alien pest in our country,we should establish the related alien pest risk method standards and construct an effective risk management measure system to keep the alien pest from invading, it has the important meaning to protect the local agriculture,forestry ,fishing,and environment from destroying,also it has the important meaning to build the stable society.First ,this thesis has studied the present state and harmfulness of the alien pest invading in our country.Then ,it has analyzed the characteristics of the invasive alien pest,the invasive pathes and the invasive prosess.Third ,from the tiny view,it has reasurched the Pest Risk Analysis (PRA) method.The PRA method is including Risk Identification,Risk Analysis and Risk Mangement.It has given an example for how to use PRA method. last ,from the macro view,it has reasurched the risk pressure that our country faces the alien pest invading.Follow It has discussed how to establish an effective risk management measure system to keep the alien pest from invading,especially it has discussed from the inspection and quarantine view.
