Research On Risk Management Of SGLZ Company's Cover Back Project

Risk is the outgrowth of the enterprise in daily operation,and it accompanies all aspects of enterprise management.Effective project risk management is the key of the success of the project.Using scientific risk management methods to identify,evaluate and control risks is a vital section for success.As an important part of the relocation adjustment of Shougang Group,SG cold rolling company plan to build a cover annealing production line.This production line will be used to produce advanced cold rolling products such as upmarket automotive interior and exterior panels,upmarket household electrical appliances and so on.In order to ensure the normal implementation of the project we will analyze and control every important link of the project suing the risk management concept.Based on the theory and method of project risk management,this paper takes the risk management of SG cold rolling company as the research object.And the paper carries out the research according to risk identification,assessment,response and risk monitoring.The specific research contents of the paper are as follows:First of all,the risk factors were preliminarily obtained using expert survey method,business analysis method and brainstorming method.And then the list of risk factors of the project was obtained through the improvement,supplement and evaluation of risk factors by Delphy Fa.Secondly,on the basis of determining the risk list,the risk assessment index method is used to determine the possibility of risk occurrence level and to measure and determine the degree of impact.And then assessimg the venture of SG cold rolling cover annealing project.Through risk identification,it is recognized that the highest factor risk of the system is technical environmental risks and the other risk ranking is,economic environmental risks,the cultural environment risks and policy environmental risks.In the non system risk,the highest risk is the project technical risks,and the other risks sequence is the project management risks,the project quality risks,the project schedule control risks,and the project fund management risks.Finally,according to the project risk evaluation results,the project risk control measures are formulated,the project risk response strategies are discussed,and the project risks are monitored.According to the risk retention,risk mitigation and risk avoidance strategies,the paper puts forward to establish the risk management committee,and puts forward risks plan and monitoring measures.This ensures the implementation of SG cold rolling cover annealing project.This paper can not only provide guarantee for the normal management of the project,but also provide reference for similar project management.
