This article mainly studied the effecting of low level He-Ne laser on synthesis of the silica nanoparticles by biomineral method. We obstained aloe seeding system of the same origin by plant tissue culture, and laser wavelength used was 632.8nm and exporting power was 30mW.After laser irradiating we tested variation of the vitality of POD,its Isozyme and cellulase.During the time of 0-10min,the vitality of enzyme gradually reinforced with irradiating time extending.Beyond10min,it weakened. In addition , the composition of POD Isozyme had some variation and showed a sign of the change of genenic features.Through result analysis of TEM ,EDX and IR ,some variation of the deposition of silica nanoparticles were observed by using aloe cells as the template..If irradiating time was smaller than 10min,silica nanoparticles were needle-like. At 30min SiO2 nano-pillar can been aquired. At 60min SiO2 deposits had no fixed form by the TEOS.That was related to change enzyme and template gene through laser irradiating. The research can provide some prophase data for laser controlling to mineral synthesis SiO2 nano-materials of arbitrary size ,it had significant science meanings and reference value.
