The charged mechanism and atomizing procedure on oil spray in high-voltage electrostatic field in electrostatic oiler made by Wuhan University of Science and Technology have been analyzed and researched in the thesis. The carrying capacity of oil dripping has been qualitatively analyzed and liquid movement for every area has been discussed, thus they deepened the parenchyma for liquid electrostatic atomization. According to experiment analyzed for atomizing procedure in electrostatic oiler, important control parameters in electrostatic oiler , blade structure and physical property of rust-preventative oil have been considered major factors as atomizing quality for spraying. The research indicated: voltage, the distance of blade and steel plate, blade structure, spraying mediator and oil variation affected jet length and atomizing angle that have been analyzed as major data for spraying atomizing procedure in experiment. Oil atomization forking phenomenon in experiment has been qualitatively analyzed from electrostatics theory in the thesis.Charged oil dripping equation of motion has been determined in high-voltage electrostatic field by means of studying its stress, and its maximum velocity has been known from theory too. Based charge-mass ration calculation formula of charged oil dripping, rust-preventative oil created formula itself, so they offered the theoretical basis for spraying atomization in electrostatic oiler. According to the primary dripping total energy principle, charged dripping mathematical model divided has been determined for dividing two or more once. Used MATLAB program to calculate and solve quantify experimental data of jet length, atomizing angle and oil-line interval for spraying atomization in electrostatic oiler. The regression mathematical model that reflected three results and voltage, distance of blade and steel plate has been inductive calculated individually by making use of multiple regression method. The significant test that equation of regression and its rating confirmed charged dripping spraying atomizing mathematical model was build basic correctly.
