People are in favor of the properties of PET fibre that could be dried quickly, washed easily and dressed cozily. But it's not easy to dye at normal pressure because of it's high crystallization, high orientability and higher glass transition point. All fiber manufacturers have been doing a lot of work on improving it's dyeing property so as to meet the requirement of the downstream fabric and cloth development. It has been the objective for people to manufacture easier dyeing PET fibre which is suit for various dyestuff, soft dyeing condition and is provided with uniform dyeing and good dyeing stability by modifying PET.There are many ways to improve dyeing performance for PET according to the process condition and facility. It's a most effective method to import the third monomer, SIPE, into Polyester polymer to modify and improve dyeing property.The research of paper focus on the polymerization process control of CDPET and the analysis of CDP chips property that were listed as bolow:1, we made research on how to produce CDP by using the current facility.2, we studied how to heat the polymerization system and how to control reaction temperature, reaction speed, stiring method, catalyzer adding and...
