In this paper ,the manufacturing techniques of hollow fibers have been studied in detail by the optimization of spinning process paramenters and equipment ,the production capacity of hollow fibers at the existing staple fibers center of yizheng chemical fiber company has been increased by 20%. the study has focused on the following three aspects:1 ) the effects of spinneret structure spinning speed,cyclinderically quenching process on the enlargement of production capacity of hollow fibers.2) the effects of spinneret structure spinning speed , cyclinderically quenching process on the properties of hollow fibers .3) the effects of the post draw ratio,heat setting without giving stress on the quality of the fibers .The main conclusions are listed as follows.1) with the increase of spinning speed from 1100m/min to 1160m/min and the pose number from 750 to 840, the production capacity is consequently increased ,the product quality meet the yizheng requirement with smoothly producting,2) with the changes of the position, the height and the speed of cyclinderically quenching ,the unevenness of microstructure was intensified and thus the bulkiness was improved.
