Semisynthsized analogue of cephalosporin antibiotic is used at large to treat systemic infections for its broad spectrum of antibiotic activity and thin hypersusceptibility. CPC(Cephalosporium acremonium) is basic material to produce Semisynthsized analogue of cephalosporin antibiotic. Domesticly the amount of demanded CPC is about 3500t and is on the increase presently. however its output is 2500t yearly. Internationaly produce of CPC is being transferred from developed country to developing country. So the producing scale-up and level-increasing are aim for many big medical company.The strain Acremonium chrysongenum 819 was treated with UV irradiation.A high-yield CPC producing strain -8190510 was selected by means of rational selection and natural selection .Based Acremonium chrysongenum8190510 its produce potency was stabile and increased by 4.8%over the parent strain. To avoid high-yield characteristic debilised a effectual strain preserve means was obtained by comparing several different means .The facter to weanlised strain producing capacity include material proportion, culture condition,feed and stirrer. At the base of profound analyse to these facter fermetion process was optimized.So the potency and fermentation index was increased .while the price of product was lowered.
