Cephalosporin C is the basic raw material in the production of cephalosporin antibiotic.The whole production process of cephalosporin fermentation and purification was studied in this paper,optimized the production process,selected the fine strain and the matching equipment,improved the production efficiency,reduced the materials solid hazardous waste and waste water.The method for high-through strain breeding was established firstly and the speed of strain breeding is greatly improved.The strain DJ228,which is low dissolved oxygen and suitable using mycelium water,was obtained through the preferred method of high yield and low consumption of bacteria,Power consumption is reduced above 50%and more than 25%basic material jade rice is saving.Ultrafiltration membrane piece is selected by using the pilot-scale device and Ande PVDF is suitable for treatment of the fermented liquid.the optimal process for protein reducement of filtrate was determined through process optimization,the membrane pressure of input of the ultrafiltration system into is 0.30MPa,the temperature is 18℃,the feeding pH is 3.2.The method for detection of cephalosporin residues in hyphae was studied.The proposal of reusing mycelium fermentation instead of 25%corn pulp provides the basis for treatment of mycelium.The resin R4 was found through the experiment for adsorption DCPC in adsorption residual liquid,and the optimum adsorption capacity is 68g/L.The elution process and regeneration process were studied.The COD emission is reduced 21.6%through comparation of COD values before and after the extraction DCPC,and play a great role in reducing the cost of production and clean production.
