This paper has made deeply analysis and studied on the new-style underground MSW transitional station, and put forward a new kind of concept named stayed transitional station with hydraulic pressure in a creative way.The structure of lift-discharge mechanism is analyzed synthetically. According to goals and requirements, other projects are rejected and stayed transitional station with hydraulic pressure is decided as the best project.Basing on structure designing for the MSW transitional equipment, statics analysis is done and a multi-objective optimization mathematics model is also built. Structure parameters of relative components are confirmed by using MATLAB and its Optimization Toolbox.According to the goals and requirements, the track of waste container's trailing wheel gets improved to satisfy the designing requirements; the maximum pressure acting on the hydraulic cylinder has reduced by 23.8%.Using virtual prototype technology, this paper has built physical models for this equipment and implements dynamic simulation analysis. This lift-discharge mechanism adopts parametric modeling by which position and structure parameters of its hydraulic pressure cylinder are redetermined, and its dynamical optimization design is also realized. The maximum pressure acting on the hydraulic cylinder has reduced by 17%.The characteristic and requirement of this MSW loading equipment is analyzed, the component of every module is studied comprehensively, and every relative model is designed particularly as well.
