It is well known that chemiluminescence (CL) method is an important detection method, with the advantages of low detection limit, wide linear dynamic range and inexpensive instruments and it was applied in many fields.Molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) is an important molecular recognition material appeared in recent years. Recognition ability of MIP to target molecule is stupendous because synthetic recognition sites have a predetermined selectivity for the target molecule. The MIP was used as the recognition material, and utilizing its fine recognition and capture ability to the target molecule and separate the target molecule from other coexistent substances. Then the problem of the selectivity was solved. It was the purpose that we established the molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence analysis.Recently, a new chemiluminescence phenomenon was observed—post chemiluminescence phenomenon (PCL) by some people, and some methods were founded. However, relatively poor selectivity of PCL also exists. So, it is urgent and significant to improve the selectivity of PCL method by combining MIT.This thesis includes a review and a research section. In the first part of this thesis includes the general situation, the sorts, energetics, dynamics and the application of molecular imprinting technology (MIT) in the recent years, the basic principles, the characteristic and the preparation of MIP were also introduced. It was focus on the Study of post-chemiluminescence behaviour in Luminol-Potassium Ferricyanide System and its application. In the second part of this thesis is the research work. The new PCL phenomenons of pyrogallol, ampicillin and dipyridamole were observed in luminol and potassium ferricyanide system. The possible reaction mechanism was discussed. This enriches the content of the chemiluminescence and accumulates the material for opening out the essence and rule of PCL. The pyrogallol and dipyridamole imprinted polymers were synthesized, and the molecular imprinting-post chemiluminescence method were established for the determination of pyrogallol and dipyridamole using the MIPs as the recognition material. The method displayed high selectivity and high sensitivity. These methods had been applied to the determination of real samples with satisfactory results.
