With the high-speed development of China economy and food trade internationalization, food safety problems have become one of the focus of attention all over the world, and food safety also has been noted by the people gradually. Different diseases need treatment medicines in the animal growing process, so veterinary drugs residue of animal food will be inevitable, and enter into human body by the food chain, threating human health. Therefore, it has very important practical significance to establish and improve rapid simple determination methods of veterinary drugs residue.Quinolone drugs are synthesis antibiotics, they have wide antibacterial spectrum, strong antibacterial activity, convenient drug administration, no drug resistance with common antibacterial agents, high bioavailability, long half-life period, so they have been applied to clinic. But they gave rise to universal residue, drug resistance, serious hepatotoxicity and phototoxicity, potential carcinogenicity and mutagenicity, and injure human and animal health. The thesis selects eggs as research objects, detect enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin residue in eggs by flow-inject Chemiluminescence.Enrofloxacin was detected by luminal-potassium permanganate chemilumine–scence system. Optimum conditions of this chemiluminescence system were 2×10-4mol/L,pH13.0luminol solution, 7×10-5 mol/L potassium permanganate solution, pH13.0enrofloxacin test solution. Under this condition standard curve was drawn. The result indicated that it presented good linear relationship when the contents are in the range of 5.6×10-10 mol/L~5.6×10-7 mol/L, related coefficient was 0.9975, detection limit was 5.1×10-11mol/L, RSD was 3.9%. Enrofloxacin injection and eggs were detected under the condition, detection extraction recoveries were over 85%.Luminol-potassium ferricyanide flow-injection chemiluminescence system detected enrofloxacin. Optimum conditionsof this system were pH13.4, 1×10-4mol/L luminol solution, 5×10-4mol/L potassium ferricyanide solution, pH3.0enrofloxacin test solution. Under this condition linear range of enrofloxacin concentration was 6×10-11~6×10-6mol/L, detection limit was 2.7×10-13mol/L, RSD was 1.2%.The method was used to detect enrofloxacin injection and egg samples, the result was satisfactory.Sarafloxacin was detected by luminal-potassium ferricyanide flow-injection chemiluminescence system. The optimum conditions of this system were pH13.3, 1×10-4mol/L luminol solution, 5×10-4mol/L potassium ferricyanide solution, sarafloxacin test solution dissolved in double dished water. The linear range of sarafloxacin concentration was 6×10-9~6×10-5mol/L, detection limit of this method was 3.97×10-11mol/L, RSD was 1.7%, the average recovery was 96.2%.
