It is important to ensure mine production, actualize mine fixing synthesis testing, decrease the test cost, and predigest test work of test system based on virtual instrument.After the introduction of the principle of mine winder and compressor, the test system has been constructed in the paper. Link the system element, continue the system, and the system model has been gained after analyzing the essential composed elements.This paper discusses the essential composed elements of the test system, analyses and fixes the test methods of every parameter's according to need. Furthermore, the type of sensors and the location of the test points are fixed in the light of principle of test point disposal and sampling.The noise is suppressed and the available signal is picked-up according to the principle of signal analysis. The article has designed several test modules basing on test requirement, and the kinematics characteristics charts and dynamic characteristics charts of mine winder, the indicated diagram of compressor have been showed. Finally, the design of mine fixing test system based on Virtual Instrument has been achieved basically.Make the experiment validate to the whole test system for main test function, comparing the test result with real value, the maximum relative warp gained is ±1%, which less than the maximum warp allowed±3%, which illuminate the virtual instrument test system content the test precision requirement and can be applied in the performance test of mine winder and compressor.By adopting the model identification algorithm to system amplitude response, the model parameters are fixed after experiments. Make the system analysis in time-domain and frequency domain, gain the frequency response, step response and stability analyses, which show that the test system can be applied in actual test.
