Oil casing collapsing strength under external pressure is one of its most important performance indicators, especially with the development of China’s oil industry, deep well, ultra deep well, high pressure gas well, such as high temperature and high pressure Wells harsh working conditions of oil and gas Wells is increasing, the casing collapse resistance requirements also more and more high, caused by insufficient collapse strength of casing failure accidents is also more and more oil and gas Wells.Simulatingthe oil field working environment, the combined loadmachine is used to scrutinize the behavior of casing and tubing under loading conditions including tension, compression, internal pressure, external pressure, bending, heating, and the combinationthereof.Different from the traditional industrial control and testing, not only to achieve the transformation of complex sub-collapse test the basic functions of the machine, but in order to make the original test machine to achieve higher testing capabilities, this must rely on high-speed high-precision synchronous control and acquisition. The technology projects to keep the original device framework, tooling, fixtures and other mechanical accessories, in addition to the hydraulic system of the equipment, high-pressure water pressure system transformation, the core is the need to design the control and data acquisition system. The system must be scalable, can increase the corresponding function according to the actual needs of the industrial, the importance of the test requirements of the data the system must have a high-speed high-precision acquisition, hardware and software compatibility is the key practical impact. This article proposes to build a test machine control and data acquisition system based on virtual instrument platform, the research system hardware configuration and software architecture to meet multiple physical real-time closed-loop control and data acquisition needs. The control and data acquisition system plays a key role in the machine. Lab VIEW and PXI-E platform is employed in the system building to fulfill multichannel close-loop control and real time data acquisition. The platform to complete the entire system, including staff to log on to other tests, as well as data recording and playback various functions and interface, to build the entire test system with high precision, high real-time. Eventually achieve the fourth evaluation test capability of ISO 13679.
