With rapid development of rubber and plastic industry as well as other olymer material industry, the internal mixer is playing a greater and greater role in polymer material production, and there is a higher and higher requirement for the performance of the internal mixer. Kinds of new-style internal mixer come forth, the synchronous rotor internal mixer is one of internal mixer. The synchronous rotor internal mixer is far better than asynchronous rotor internal mixer. Therefore, it has an affinity for many people to ameliorate, research and develop Synchronous Rotor Internal Mixer. As rotors are the soul of the internal mixer, Therefore, it has an affinity for many people to ameliorate, research and develop Synchronous Rotor Internal Mixer.The Mixer Research Team of Qingdao University of Science&Technology has engaged in reaching mixing technology for many years. They have acquired a lot of harvests. Especially, they blazed a way in the field of synchronous rotor internal mixer technology. My primary task is to reaserch four-wing VCMT synchronous rotors mixer. The main work and achievement of this dissertation are as follows:1 The author collected a vast amount of domestic and oversea literatures and analyzed theories of internal mixer rotors designing . Based on the influences of geometrical configuration on mixing effects, a newly designing method of synchronous rotors has been developed. With the introduction of various clearances mixing technology (VCMT), the new four-wing rotors are a great innovation in the aspect of four-wing synchronous rotors mixer in China.2 In this dissertation, the author build the 3D solid model of the three rotors by using Solidworks and analyze the model by using ADINA.3 Particularly, the article focuses on mixing mechanism and experimental comparisons of rotors' performance. The author experimented on the laboratory mixer of X(M)— 1.7L And studied the mechanism of the rotors and has got many useful data though mixing tread compound of all-steel radial tire by using four-wing synchronous rotors, six-wing synchronous rotors and the newly developed four-wing...
