Study On Urban Ecological Planning For Changsha Eco-city Construction

With the development of eco-city theory and the prevalence of ecological activities in the world, people pay more and more attention to eco-city construction. Based on eco-city theory, practice and research trends, combined with a great number of investigations and data collections from Changsha city, this thesis analyzes the current environment quality in Changsha city, and makes scientific constribution on the planning and construction of an eco-city in Changsha by using many theories and methods in different disciplines including ecology, economy, statistics, system engineering, environment and so on.Results are as follows:(1) Eco-city construction. Based on ecological theories, according to the national eco-city standard, combined with the status quo of Changsha, the thesis proposes a construction plan of an eco-city in Changsha. In this plan, attentions are paid to the construction of the eco-city system, the maintenance of eco-balance the protection of biological diversity and the harmony of human, society and environment.(2) In the research of the technical methods to the eco-city construction planning, the thesis mainly analyzes the following four important aspects: eco-city construction guideline system, ecological function partition, cost-benefit, dynamic control of eco-city construction planning process. First the thesis summarizes the basic situation of the eco-city construction in the aspect of eco-city construction guideline system. Then according to the national eco-city construction guideline and combined with the practical situation in Changsha, it puts forward a series of guidelines and the practical situation in Changsha, the thesis puts forword a series of guidelines and indices which fit the eco-city construction in Changsha. In the aspect of eco-city planning dynamic control, it is the first time that dynamic control is applied to the eco-city construction and use the theory of control, control system and dynamic control are used to build a dynamic control model. The thesis makes the implementation of the construction planning more clearly oriented and easier to be manipulated.
