Design The System Of Ecological Environmental Monitoring For Jiangsu Sihong Hongzehu Lake Wetland Nature Reserve

Jiangsu province people's government set up the Jiangsu Sihong Hongzehu lake wetland nature reserve in 2001. General layout for the Jiangsu Sihong Hongzehu lake wetland nature reserve is wrote in 2004. There are seven sub-layouts in the layout , sub-layout of natural resources protection and administration, sub-layout of scientific research and monitoring, sub-layout of flack and education, sub-layout of community development and resources exploiture, sub-layout of environmental integrated treatment, sub-layout of project of basic constructing, sub-layout of chain of command. Equipments and technical level in Suqian municipal environmental monitoring central station and Sihong county environmental monitoring station are investigated. According to the layout and the character of wetland nature reserve, the system of ecological environmental monitoring is designed, there are nine indexes which are chosen for Ecological Environmental Monitoring for Jiangsu Sihong Hongzehu lake wetland nature reserve, and we can monitor six indexes now. Another there indexes are bought in monitoring market, and there are weather index, hydrology index, investigation index. There are 94 items was chosen for monitoring in that six indexes. Methods of monitoring and QA are listed for all items. Four national standards and one used standards in Jiangsu environmental protective vocation are chosen for the assessment of Ecological Environmental quality when assess the single index. A simple method is suggested for integrative assessment of Ecological Environmental quality. The integrated system of Ecological Environmental monitoring is designed for the technical preparation of monitoring in the Jiangsu Sihong Hongzehu lake wetland nature reserve.
