Based on the research of processing parameters of the turbo-cyclone separator at the first stage, three structural models of turbine and two blow-off equipments of underflow are investigated by optimization experimental, and the simulation of computation fluid dynamics of flow field in the turbo-cyclone separator is researched in this dissertation. The following conclusions can be concluded:(1) Through the optimization testing studies on the structural model of turbine of the turbo-cyclone separator, the turbine, whose angle of 5 degrees between the vane and wheel hub axes, is adopted finally, and the equipment of the underflow, which linked a column at the underflow export of the turbo-cyclone separator, is chosen.(2) After the structure of turbo-cyclone separator improved, the Huipodi and the Chaojiagou -0.5mm coal is chosen and tested. The results show, the turbo-cyclone separator, under the structure is improved, has better separating performance of the two fine coals.
