The computer simulation of quenching process can realize the controlling and prediction of quenching properties, and has attracted more and more attentions. According to the basic theory of heat transfer, with talking the steel workpiece quenched by high press water sprinkled cooling as the research object, this thesis studies particularly the relationship with quenching progress parameter and temperature field, microstructure field, and internal stress field by using FEM and experiment examination.First, in order to obtain the relationship between the cooling parameter and the cooling rate of the workpiece, the temperature field of a 45 steel disk is measured and simulated under the natural cooling and the water-sprinkled cooling.
