With the wide application of composite pipeline in pipeline transportation industry,the quality and performance of composite pipeline are required more and more.Using HDPE and PE continuous fiber belt as reinforcing layer can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of fiber reinforced thermoplastic pipeline.The current single screw winding machine is easy to stretch and deform the continuous fiber belt due to the technological principle.Therefore,this paper designs a new winding machine for the winding process of continuous fiber belt.Firstly,the production process of the fiber strip reinforced thermoplastic pipeline and the properties of the continuous fiber strip are analyzed,and the double helix winding process and its continuous winding process are designed.Then the important control parameters in the winding machine are calculated and analyzed: the matching of winding speed with spiral Angle and traction speed,continuous belt moving distance,support distance,unwinding tension,and heating parameters.Among them,the emphasis is to study the law of unwinding tension through Simulink simulation and to determine the brake torque of magnetic powder brake.Next,based on the design of PLC electrical control system of double helix filament winding,Modbus RTU was established based on the wireless serial transceiver master-slave station wireless communication network,the hardware design includes module,servo drive,sensor selection and configuration,software design and analysis the control process of the system,and the use TIA PORTAL STEP7 software to complete the program design.Finally,based on WINCC software and touch screen technology to complete the manmachine interface design,design the corresponding electrical control box,using STEP7 PID self-tuning function to debug the heating system PID parameters,to achieve accurate control of heating.
