The microseismmic monitoring technology is a late-model technology of geophy sical exploration which is very wide service fields and application prospects.For coal mine production, it mainly analyse spatial fracturing states of strata after coal seam mining, and it can ascertain fractured zone height,in addition,it can forecast coal mine diasasters,such as water outburst, rock burst, roof caving and so on. In the past, microseismic monitoring systems were installed on the ground,while sensors were installed by drilling in order to monitoring accidents,but, so do it,not only costs are very high but also installing is very difficult. If microseismic monitoring systems are installed indirectly in the underground coal mine,we can reduce cost and improve effects of monitoring. Considering electric spark,electric arc and high temperature produced by microseismic monitoring apparatuses and according to requirements of coal mine production,underground microseismic monitoring systems are protected to avoid explosion.The article mainly study explosion protection problems of microseismmic monitoring apparatuses, and explosion protection boxes of microseismmic monitoring apparatuses are designed according to GB3836 electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres,the boxes can be adapted to work environments of explosion danger for combustible gases in the underground mine.The designs of explosion protection deal with many aspects,such as electricity science,electron science,explosion principle,material science and machine design production,and three aspects are studied: one is structure parameters of flameproof joint panels,such as gaps, length and roughness concentration of flameproof joint panels;another is designs of leadin cable devices, cable devices require that ensure sealing,resist high temperatures and pressures,prevent dusts,ward waters and avoid humidity,so interfaces of cables and flameproof crusts are also the key of designs;the last is material selection of flameproof crusts, the intensity of explosion protection is checked in order to achieve the requirement of designs according to connected conclusions of elastic mechanics and hyperstatic methods of material mechanics.in the end, stress and intensity are analysed by...
