Studies On The Extraction Processes Of The Effective Components And The Quatity Standards In Fresh Houttuynia

Objective 1. To establish the methods for the content determinations of Methyl-nonylketone, Quercetin, Quercitrin in fresh Houttuynia by GC or HPLC; and to analyze the variety of content determination of active components of the fresh Houttuynia and to establish the appropriatest collecting time;2. To optimize the productive technic routes of extracting the effective components (including:to extract the essential oil , to study β-cyclodexttin inclusion compound, to study on separation and purification by macroporous adsorption resin,and so on);3. To value the reasonableness and feasiblity of the preparing technic routes;4. To establish the quatity standards of fresh houtuynia herb and the effective components.Methods 1. The content determination of Methyl-nonylketone, Quercetin ,Quercitrin in different growth phases of houttuynia were realized by GC or HPLC respectively;and to established the appropriatest collecting time ;2. In order to optimize the process route of extracting the volatile oil,experiments designed with L9(3~4) orthogonal comparison have been carried out to study the four three-lever effects of water-distillation and it is also the same as the rate of β —CD component inclusion compound. The productive technic routes,isolation and purification, were optimized by designing L9(3~4) Orthogonal Experiments which appraised by the total flavonore quercitrin of the samples obtained from them.3.
