Theory And Practice Of Flexographic Spot-Color Ink Matching

In order to change the present situation of the artificial method of spot-color ink matching, this paper discusses the method of how to establish flexographic spot-color ink matching. At the beginning of this article, it introduces the spot-color simply and illustrators the design of experiment and analysis. Secondly, the emphasis is how to establish the mathematical model of flexograhpic spot-color, which is based on the equation of density balance, and testifies the precision of the model. Finally, the mathematical model is applied to practice. The tasks are accomplished in this paper as follows:(l) Samples are made according to the theory of annular color hue. (2) The mathematical model of flexographic spot-color matching is established by regression method. (3) The exactness of model is testified. (4) The model is applied to practice.The above-mentioned mathematical model can provide the theory basis with later computer spot-color matching.
