Adipic acid is the one of important dicarboxylic acids, and it is the main raw material to manufacture nylon. Waste liquor of cyclohexane oxidation including many adipic acid is the liquid produced in the process of cyclohexane oxidation, In this paper basic research was done in order to reclaiming adipic acid from the waste liquor of cyclohexane oxidation.Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze adipic acid, glutaric acid and succinic acid. The effect of the pH of the mobile phase on analyzing the three kinds of acid was found, and the suitable chromatography condition was confirmed. Then the standard curves of adipic acid, glutaric acid and succinic acid were drawn, and the coefficients of correlation were calculated. On this base, waste liquor of cyclohexane oxidation was analyzed, and the amount of adipic acid was measurated. The technical conditions of using nitric acid to dispose waste liquor of cyclohexane oxidation were studied. Some factors of influencing quality of production, such as the reaction temperature, the nitric acid amount, and the catalyst amount were investigated. In addition, the reasons why the production is colored were analyzed and the influencing factors were found. The effect of the recrystalization was studied in this paper. The optimal reaction condition was obtained.Densities and viscosities of the binary mixtures of cyclohexanone with cyclohexane were determined using a vibrating U-shaped sample tube densimeter and Ubbelohde suspended-level viscometer under atmospheric pressure. The temperature was range from 293.15K to 343.15K. Densities and viscosities of solutions were used to calculate excess molar volumes and excess viscosities respectively. Excess volumes and viscosities were fitted by the Redlich-Kister equation respectively.A set of apparatus using laser monitoring technique for determining the data of solid-liquid equilibrium at normal press was designed. The solubility data of adipic acid and succinic acid in cyclohexanone, cyclohexanol, the mixture of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol and other four organic solvents were measured by using it. Then empirical formula,λh equation and NRTL equation were used. The result showed empirical formula,λh model and NRTL model could correlate the solubility data of adipic acid and succinic acid. In addition, NRTL equation was used to predict SLE of...
