Rotating and Bending Fracture Machine Tool is considered to be the results for the combination of two kinds of technology, Crack technique and assembly manufacture. The development of Crack technique provides the basic academic gist for designing new type of fracture equipment. Meanwhile, the advanced design methods for equipment push the theory forward. The strategy of combination design centered virtual manufacturing and innovative design technique method to develop Rotating and Bending Crack Machine Tool and its series products are discussed in this thesis.The development history for designing new machine tool method is summarized here and the application for the new method is brought out for study. The flow of design procedure from design level, expressive level to analysis level is put forward. The respective mathematical model is built up for each level, The reflection relation and transform roles in models, design restrains as well as integrated characteristic of virtual machine tool model are expressed in modern structure mathematic concept. The innovative conceptive design procedure is summarized, which is considered of obtaining machine principle models from function models, finding mechanisms, examining design results by conformation matrix and fuzzy evaluation strategy. The concurrent design concept for object to assembly and manufacturing is used to design the special Rotating and Bending Fracture machine tool. According to the concept design, three-dimensional virtual digital machine tool prototype is established.The verification and optimization of the new model based on mechanical principle, structural rationality, assembly and manufacture feasibility is carried out after the structure design. Firstly the dynamic analysis on digital model is put up to verify the mechanism motion principle and function; the kinematical simulation for checking mechanical components impact and interference as well as machine movement functions. Furthermore, the simulation and analysis on assembly processing is done, the results are put on charts to be show.In this thesis, elastic static and dynamic analysis model is established according to the machine tool spindle system. Finite element analysis and modal synthesis methods are used to study the behavior of natural vibration on spindle structure; it may be influencing machine static and dynamic characteristics. The results are used to improve the machine design. In the last part of the thesis, the research is focused on the influence of heat which is generated in the machining from the bearings. The finite element methods is used for analysis, and the results reflected that the improvement of the spindle box structure.According to the innovation design and a series of simulation analysis in the thesis, possible problems in constructing a new machine are solved in design process; meanwhile the results will be a reference for manufacture and possible problems.
