Blasthole is a kind of drilling hole device at strip mine. It is a kind of proper motion drilling device by roller bit breaking up rock and using pressure air to exclude broken bits. It is higher drilling efficiency, lower cost, better security and wider using than other drill device.Rotating reducer is an important part of blasthole, it holds biggest loads while drilling. When drilling, it is in the environment of big holds, bad work condition, big impact and shake, high fault, so seriously effect blasthole's efficiency. So it is more and more important using advanced design method to analysis and design rotating reducer. It is work trivial, low design precision, long design period by old design method. It is short design period, low cost, simple and easy design, high reliability, visible design results. The paper does so following research to YZ blasthole rotating reducer:The paper builds mathematics model of rotating reducer by blur design method, ensures optimize object of parameter combining optimize theory, solves parameter by MATLAB, educes optimize conclusion. The paper builds three dimensions model of rotating reducer by using virtual design, greatly alleviates design workload of alike part, virtualizes design result. The paper discusses finite element analysis of rotating reducer, greatly simplifies computing intension of rotating reducer, offers theory for part structure. The vibration source of rotating reducer is founded by mechanics study of it. The method reducing vibration is proposed. The paper exploits more science method for blasthole rotating reducer, improves design quality and reliability of rotating reducer and improves independence development ability of mine device.
