Personnel Assessment Study In BN Pharmaceutical Group

This thesis is based on the BN Pharmaceutical Group as the main background. By BN Medicine Group analysis of the status quo, and the application of SPSS analytical software to the relevant analysis, principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis, and other statistical analysis, this thesis studied the establishment of the personnel assessment indicators, establishment of the index weight and personnel assessment methods in BN Pharmaceutical Group. According to the problems of high correlation between personnel assessment indicators, subjectively evaluate the index weight and poor results in the application of personnel assessment. This thesis presents recommendations for improvements. The innovations of this thesis are not only in the recommendations for improvements to the BN Pharmaceutical Group, but also in the appling analysis tools to the field of personnel assessment, prompted the personnel assessment more objectivity. This thesis also laid the foundation of data modeling for different industries or enterprises and provided new ways for the specific application of personnel assessment tools in specific industry or enterprise.
